HEY, I’M RANDI

An adventurous elopement photographer + destination wedding photographer based in Hawaii. I live here on the island of Oahu with my best friend & our family (a corgi pup + two parrots). I’m often described as quirky, kind, and compassionate. I’ve always been in love with the outdoors and with the ocean, I feel my truest self when I’m taking in the incredible views nature offers us. I’m so, so lucky to do what I love where I love to do it. That means capturing authentic, intricate moments and the in-between of life all over this beautiful world. I value experiences over possessions and believe relationships are the most precious gift we have. I truly know deep in my heart that my purpose on this earth is to preserve these moments in the form of artful photographs. If I can capture that wild spirit of love in a frame that can be shared, it makes me feel that I’ve done something meaningful. There aren’t words, only deep feelings of joy and gratitude for Randi and how she perfectly captured our wedding. Randi was THE BEST. My husband and I traveled to HI for our honeymoon and didn’t know anything about Maui, but she took us to THE BEST spots, and just let us enjoy those moments together while she documented it. She was quick on her feet and super personable. Her pricing is reasonable and we not only got THE MOST DREAMY PHOTOS EVER in one of our favorite places, but we also got some of the best memories together from our photo session with Randi. She spent a lot of time emailing me, asking me questions, and planning the perfect shoot for us, because she cares about making each session unique to her couples. We got married in June 2019 and had Randi as our photographer for the whole event. From private vows to the ceremony to the reception, Randi made us feel comfortable and natural. Both my husband and I are camera shy, but with Randi we didn’t feel inauthentic. She is so sweet and was open to all of our ideas, she captured the most candid moments and I can’t wait to work with her again when we do our vow renewals. The photo quality was impeccable, she captured the view of the ocean behind us as perfectly and edited the photos really nicely. We did our private vows at the beach and there were some people in the photos but she was able to edit them out and made it look like we had the whole (public) beach to ourselves! The moments she captured will forever be cherished by my husband and I, as well as all of our family and friends. She is priceless, and she is worth every penny! Thank you again for everything, I think it’s so important to choose a photographer that fits your needs and to not under budget for your photographer. We checked out Randi’s instagram and website before we finalized payment, and we are so happy.

When my husband and I decided to elope, we weren’t quite sure where to start – but I knew that I wanted a photographer that could capture the day perfectly. Randi dove right in from our very first phone call. She helped us with a location, an officiant, and even made a special location for our family happen after the ceremony. I seriously can’t say enough great things about Randi! She was the perfect photographer to capture our elopement. From the very beginning she was always available to answer any questions I had. Having to plan our day from another state I thought would be very difficult but she was there to help us choose the perfect vendors and gorgeous locations. When the day came I was so anxious, but she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and our photos came out so beautifully. My husband and I had never taken any professional photos before but she had a way of directing us to make us let loose and not look awkward. We were provided with a sneak peek of our day so quickly to be able to share with our loved ones. Those few photos alone would already have been worth booking Randi. Her photos are seriously so stunning! We are SO in love with our wedding gallery and we are SO thankful to have had chosen Randi as our photographer. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to spend our elopement with! Randi went above and beyond to help us find a location, and was open for anything. We ended up on a strenuous, but gorgeous hike on Maui, with no plans to reach the top – however once we were in it, we couldn’t resist going all the way. Camera equipment and all, Randi was ready for the climb and didn’t skip a beat.
