Jake + Jalisah | Ho Chi Minh Trail Engagement Session | La Jolla Wedding Photographer

Mar 13, 2017 | 2 comments

For those of you who have not yet discovered Ho Chi Minh Trail, go find it! This is such a fun spot with spectacular views, it’s worth the hike. I will say, though, that it’s not for the faint of heart. To get to some of these spots, you have to squeeze through rock crevices with steep inclines and cross a balance beam. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with a unique perspective on the pacific reminiscent of some place in Utah, it’s really other-worldly!

This spot was the perfect way to highlight the connection Jake + Jalisah share. We spent some time adventuring on the trail and ended with a cliffside sunset at the Torrey Pines Gliderport. These two make such a sweet couple and I cannot wait to capture their wedding in July!

This is gorgeous! And I DO love that hike! Great choice! (but were you so scared to take your camera on it??!)

Thanks, Rachel! I was slightly nervous with my gear, haha. I use a HoldFast harness so that helped, though I did scuff one camera :/ haha but it’s character, right?!
